Craig has worked for the West Perth Football Club over the last 3 years and has brought a level of professionalism and knowledge that has seen our strength and conditioning be the best in the competition. He is always innovative and searches for ways to stay ahead of the field. Gone are the days of weight training for the beach and with the functional training approaches he employs rather than the old school training based on Olympic lifting, power lifting and body building exercises has led to improved performance and a reduction of soft tissue injuries in our squad. This has allowed us to compete with and outperform not only other semi-professional athletes but also those full-time athletes from the AFL. With Craig being a Physiotherapist we get significant additional benefits through his understanding and knowledge of corrective exercises and rehabilitation programming. His ability to work collaboratively with our medical team ensures they maximise the number of players that are available for selection on a weekly basis. The variety in the program from a running, strength training and stretching perspective ensures the players are always challenged and motivated to improve their performance.
