Craig Soley

Craig is a registered Physiotherapist and ASCA-accredited strength and conditioning coach, with a Graduate Certificate of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy and a commitment to ongoing continuing education both in strength & conditioning and physiotherapy.

Craig founded PhysioFit, combining the smarts of physiotherapy with the strength of functional movement training. Years as a world-champion athlete give Craig a unique perspective on his physiotherapy & coaching qualifications. His approach addresses the real-world demands we make on our bodies and has applications from fitness training and rehabilitation, to workplace safety and injury prevention.

Craig has previously worked with local WAFL clubs including Subiaco Football Club and is currently the Head of Strength & Conditioning at West Perth Football Club.

Craig is also a karate Shihan (Master), 6th Dan Black Belt, holder of four IKGA Karate World Titles and thirteen National All-Style Titles. He captained the Australian team from 1995-2005 and continues his work training students for competitions at and above national level.

Tabitha Dearle

Tabitha Dearle spent the first decade of her working life managing fast food restaurants before making the life-changing decision to study and become a Personal Trainer in 2008.

She is an RKCii (Russian Kettlebell Certification) internationally certified instructor having completed the gruelling level 1 in April 2012 and Level 2 in November 2013.

Tabitha has a passion for training for function rather than aesthetics and in December 2014 completed her Functional Movement Screen 1 to assist her to better understand her clients' needs and develop corrective exercise programs.

Her training incorporates functional movement, mobility and flexibility and she draws from her martial arts training to round off her sessions.
