Treatment and Training
As a physiotherapist with over a decade of experience, I’ve treated people in almost every state of fitness, injury and recovery. I use the principles of physiotherapy to design fitness training that’s also treatment. I know what it takes to get fit, and I know how to do it safely and effectively. I know when to train for recovery, and most importantly, when not to.
PhysioFit’s core philosophy has always been to provide a training model which lets our clients break the cycle of training, injury and therapy.
Full recovery involves building resilience alongside therapy. It’s not only about treating the pain – good therapy supports the body to heal while also developing the strength, technique and understanding to prevent injury from re-occurring.

Craig has over 30 years experience as a professional athlete and has won multiple world karate titles. He is a registered Physiotherapist with over 10 years in musculoskeletal therapy and also brings 15 years as a strength and conditioning coach to his work at PhysioFit.
Craig's strong belief in the mutually supportive relationship between physio and fitness informs everything we do at PhysioFit. He currently uses the PhysioFit model to train professional athletes and WA sports teams, with proven success in improving performance and reducing injuries.
