PhysioFit provides 1-on-1 sessions for a more personal training experience.

1-on-1 sessions are appropriate for people with specific requirements or who need individual treatment or to provide people with the skills to join the ongoing group training.

They are perfect for

  • Injury rehabilitation
  • Focussed training for specific sports, events or athletic pursuits
  • Intensive training before moving into the group class environment
  • Adventure travel training

 

We usually start newcomers with 1-on-1 sessions, to get an accurate, detailed picture of their needs and fitness level before booking them into group training sessions. To book a 1-on-1 session with PhysioFit, please give us a call.
